Yes I would agree with that - surely it would have to be - it maybe that we will see something shortly - or perhaps the degree of secrecy is so intense that there may not be an announcement just comments in the 4C's on going through the stages. Or perhaps we aren't involved.
It was also more in regards to applying basic FR on the standard army uniform that they were talking about a public announcement with the supply chain partner not to FRACU.
