It's a brutal 4c.
But I see a company now focused on survival and profitability backing their most proven technology. Good leadership at last.

I like that they'll focus on PCM first - just survive. It is the standout product by sales so make the most of it.

Their second area of focus is on FR NyCo. That worries me a bit as I don't understand why you would expect their target customer, the military, to buy something that nobody else wants.

I think that they'll take their product, which they obviously believe in, to the broader market and try to make it profitable regardless of the military contract.
