I doubt it if we're only at talking about upcoming testing on a manufacturing scale with our partner. Can't produce the uniforms for testing if we're not at manufacturing scale.
Admittedly we could be close to an announcement on who we've partnered with for this project if manufacturing testing goes well, given that the above states that a public announcement will be made once the ability to provide the specs are proven.
How long should that take? A month? If so then yeah we could very well be close to an announcement.
