The cooling effect is a commodity on a mass scale and price always rules.
Not sure if this is correct, when you buy a mattress it costs a bt, so you tend to buy the best you can afford. mattresses are not a commodity, pillows I agree, but not matteresses.
Debt is covered by cash, I think they had to prove that to get any sort of govt contract.
