Quick answer - to my knowledge, yes there is a contract ("Partnership Agreement") - just google "adherium contraxt astrazeneca" and you'll get a few hits. Income is not necessarily reliable.
Also, you should probably note that the income from AZ is not necessarily of great importance because I believe it is just reimbursement for costs incurred. The real number we need to focus on is device sales, whether through AZ or Direct to Market.
