AHZ's head of sales performance is shit! I would love to see the turnover rate of staff and the reasInIng they left.
Turning up to trade shows and standing at a desk is pointless as doesn't scale.
their marketing is shit too. they could probably even use Facebook ads to target:
- income > $100,000
- profession = doctor
- interest = surgery
you can get like 1,000 impressions for $80!
sales reps should be having coffees at the hospitals with the surgeons and arranging periodic surigical master classes in all zones - a never ending road show.
