I think that the "life-or-death" issue is to get the sales up...
We don't have anyone on the ground in most of Europe
We have approx a half-dozen reps across all of USA when the opposition has 70
We need to immediately spend one of our last million on training up an additional crew of reps to hit the ground running and prove that we have a business ... then the money will happen
Even I would stand up and claim to be a "sophisticated investor" for a share issue if they prove that we really do have a solid base of increasing sales ...
Training and turned loose (say) 6 weeks ... we would see additional growth in sales by Xmas
At the moment we are just too top heavy with "experts" for the size of the business
Get more reps!
