Lets see if there is consistency over the next couple quarters. The size of the outgoings suddenly boosting with income revenue.. leaves a lot of room for speculation. This management should not issue the shares till they can prove that these earnings are maintainable.. spin it how they want, but looks very boderline and on that basis will be a sour taste for a lot of shareholders.
