Lot of stocks out there that have turnover but no margin and as a result no SP appreciation. CNW is a perfect example.. $80mil turn over but barely any breathing room.. tech company aswell.. the fact is with a lot of tech companies the road to scalability always takes longer than expected and requires more investment to stay ahead of the game... I am out today aswell.. will see where the dust settles after share issue.. but management got the shares at all costs and 50% dilution is no pretty picture to current holders .. I'm not a fan of dilution without capital proceeds or third party commercial benefit.. this will sting the SP i have no doubt. GLTAH.
