No not really, there is no need to disclose under listing rule 3.1 at least not yet and with what they have already announced
ASX listing rules, specifically the exceptions to listing rule 3.1, subsection 3.1A.1 describes the situation we are in, if anything they have disclosed and announced more than they needed to
