The whole reason Lang bought Treagus in, is because he knows what he is doing and has done it before. Lang had backed Treagus for a long time now across a number of businesses.
The board has been bolstered with A grade competence. The science is favorable and the prospective buyer has shelled out $5m just to negotiate a deal.
I don't know what more we could want? I am as anxious for an outcome as the next person, but I don't see any warning signs at all. Neuren would not have gone exclusive unless it was in their interests to do so.
Trading volumes are low - my read is everyone has settled on their positions.
My guess in TH next Friday with an an on Tuesday 14th Aug, aligned with a corresponding partner announcement in the US (Monday).
