"If they were based on performance then no one would have been paid for last 15yrs. Lol." Very funny. The way it is done is they get a base salary plus a bonus on top for meeting particular targets. It does not need to be all or nothing. They should have done this years ago. Management has always been so overconfident to investors that when they spoke to us it was as if the projects were all signed, sealed and delivered already. They should have put at least some of their salaries on the line, but they never did. Maybe selling confidence to investors is one thing but risking some of your own remuneration based on meeting targets is another.
