Because they are just about Belly Up Koolcatz, their shareprice is 0.001c if you care to look and they need to raise funds on a monthly basis to stay afloat, they have 2.5 Billion shares on issue already. Every Cap Raise dosen't sit well with shareholders because they know that Mr Dunlop is taking $480K and Mr Dykes is taking $480K in fees on an annual basis. I repeat the share price is at 0.001c therefore has gone backwards while these two gentlemen still pull $1 Million from the company. Dose that make sense to any existing shareholder ?.
