Yes, and even if so, there's nothing overly wrong with a CR per se, if the acquisitions have merit for growth prospects, and the valuations check out ok. I'm sure the deal could be worked to include some stock issued in lieu of cash, but still some form of dilution anyhow.
But there are definitely some positives in the announcement - by way of who we are dealing with, and who we stand to potentially be dealing with and targeting (including other investors).
