Completely agree... Been looking at this as a value play as I thought it may be a takeover target if they could get their crap under control. COGS too high and other expenses were out of control. while I think management did a good job reigning it in, it is always nice to have commentary around it.
Issue is declining sales and that it is a 1 trick pony.
