Cash Inflows and Cash Outflows are NOT ACTUAL REVENUE and EXPENSES of the company.
When you are selling to China. You got to have your products ready - ie produced and packed.
Then you have to ship it to China, which takes about 10 to 14 days.
Then you have to consider the credit terms you provide to your volume buyers.
All up, the turn around from production to receipt of cash is a little over 90 days.
This means your cash outflows in operations - especially during the initail stages of expansion. will always exceed your cash inflows.
