A loan from JAT to GF would constitute an investment under section 2. The company stated they won't consolidate the CFs from GF until this current quarter. If CFs were consolidated this quarter then there be an offsetting amount reflecting investment into the subsidiary. Side note: I wonder if the $16m of forecasted costs includes the consolidation of GF CFs? Given this qtr costs were ~$15m and apparently excluded it, it makes it hard to think so given at the acquisition they ran a cost base (before tax) of $11.5m/qtr
JAT still borrowed from an undisclosed facility.
A lot of selective consolidating/reporting going on but I appreciate people only want to look at the revenue line for now.
