Given its our core market (maybe not the biggest in the future) and always will be, worth understanding the Macro trends in Tassie.
Everyone knows the Hobart property market has been leading the country in the last 18 months, but the rest of the state will get dragged along for the journey over the next few years with positive migration and growing tourist numbers, which both grow consumption of TasFood products in many ways. This will only continue to support growth both in Tassie, but when people return to the mainland and want to have some Tassie produce in the fridge with them.
