Read them dyor.
Why build 1 is only going ahead in at the back of the FBR shed, it doesn't have to meet building codes. You can't just build a 3 bedroom home on a industrial/commercial site.
I think people will be disappointed it will only be stacking bricks in a wall configuration with some openings.
