So I went back to the 2017 directors report.
For all new holders, including I. A key part is directors fees. A lot of penny stocks take the piss and have their managing directors take salarys that pay them $150k quartly. From what I found they spend about $400k yearly which is a fantastic indicator of a decent company along with all the other bells and whistles.
