You are correct. This is the most frugal company I have invested in, and as the Ceo mentioned as they grow they will not need massive increases in staff numbers. 

Sounds like smaller users can adopt and use the standard system as it is and they are probably the Autodesk type customers . Larger companies may require personal attention  and programme modification (tweaking) to suit individual needs .Thats where the money is and thats where the time will be spent. Thats probably why these bigger deals take a long time to get from sign up to paying customers.

They3DP are obviously  quite happy to take a measured approach to ensure that they give the customer the best ,most suitable product .

Be patient, the market is the market. What we as shareholders and the company want is continued sales growth and customer retention.That is starting to happen.
