I sorry Hopefull1 but what gave you the idea that the Military was just around the corner last Xmas or the Xmas prior.
The company themselves have given many strong indications that 2018 was the year (including specifically in a phone conversation I had with them last year). Here's, for example, a statement from their December 2017 newsletter under Alexiflam FR for Military/Protective Applications:
Successful final results are possible as early as Q3 FY2018 for when initial procurement could start.
