Oh please, spare me the talk about how we need to give it time and have patience. We have lent this company enough rope over several reporting periods.

I concede that presided may be a strong term, but I still maintain that he simply watched while shareholder value was blown to smithereens over a not-so-insignificant number of years, to the point where the company itself is hanging by a thread financially (how long before they come with their begging bowls to the market again?). Where was his backbone? His actions don't inspire any confidence, either in his leadership ability or commercial acumen as you put it.

He was an insider. Hence, I can't trust him as far as I can throw him - he has to earn it.
