There isn't enough information to base a reasonable decision regarding the boards intentions for the future but an insider take-over now seems to be a possibility. The issue now is TAC are able to effectively control CFO through forward-orders and a seat on the board, which would explain recent events.
Have to agree this 4C raises more questions than it answers and to Ann they are looking into the merit of the company being listed on the ASX isn't positive to a long term outlook for current shareholders. The quality of the business is getting better and the financial outlook is positive. Based off this little information it's hard not to form the view that the board are looking at cutting out current shareholders for a cheap prie and reaping the benefits for themselves in a couple of years.
A seperate Ann declaring this not an option would definitely help.
Picture is no longer clear as to who they are aligned with anymore after today's announcement.
