They did what they committed - completely implemented MKM without a cap raise!
The 4th paragraph of the ann says they made the final $1.2m payment for the acquisition & they also goes on to say "No further cash consideration is payable in relation to this acquisition"
Cash balance now $1.5m & if you 'back out' the acquisition costs; it would have been $2.7m
I'm pleased with this especially given the contract momentum the bigger group also now has!
