Potentially the end of this downtrend on the weekly based on my limited charting skills below.
Needs to get to 15 and hold above that point you would expect.
Has sort of been in consolidation mode since February 2017, so really 2 years, which hopefully means the bottom is in, a base has been built and this can progressively head back up to 20, then 25 and eventually 30 cents over the course of this year.
