In terms of the CA, there’s now an amended document (statement of claim?), affidavit and list of documents filed in the remaining CA. Rather than guess as to the current ambit if the CA has anyone (involved in the case I’m guessing) got access to the amended document and affidavit as they may well start to explain why SP is back up a little and possibly why directors are buying, instos are not selling down (and for Australian Super at least acquiring) and persons with reputation are joining the company...
