    This increase in Product Manufacturing and Operating Costs and reduction in R&D could be because of the ATO crackdown on companies listing normal software development as "Research & Development" in the scientific sense and claiming under the R&D Tax Incentive. Airtasker got done on this and had to pay back a lot of cash to the ATO.
