There are no cost associated with the ramp up to 150 for dec the factory is set for production of 250 , they have not yet started to ramp the factory. With 70 plus 80 plus 150 production the income should be 3mil . We know there production for the quarter and the lack of income cant be explained by a lag in payments as this would be offset by the previous quarter which also showed production with out income . One of the surprising outcomes is although we have seen production increasing we still don't see Redflow promoting their product. If they have excess production capacity then could expect to see at least so form of promotion . Redflow has a excellent product we just don't have the management who are carrying it forward. No mater what slant you put on it the last 2 quarters have been a disaster and Redfow has not put forward a real plan going forward and either if they did have a plan they are not capable of executing it. 12month ago the plan was 250 unit per month and cash flow positive we are still a long way from this.
