If I was completely negative I'd be out but they need capital and projects. If I was them id try and identify goof annuity projects to buy and then raise capital promoting the deferred tax losses (If they're definitely usable). Otherwise this is I'd say 2 years away from there being enough projects to be profitable given lag between project identification, finance, build and operation.
