Yes I agree they were cash positive to the tune of $450 k but this was on the back of gov grant of $538 k and share holder capital of $1.8 mil. This company is floating on gov grants and shareholder generousity. Needs to show more in the cash receipts department.
The Q (Q 1 2018-2019) before was $142 k cash positive on the back of a $2 mil gov grant.
The Q (Q 4 2017-2018) before was $1.776 mil cash negative with on gov grants or CR.
Follow the money trail back and you will see the same pattern.
