I didn't think they needed that much reason?  Surely it only needs to be a notion that conforms in some way to a set of rules that everyone knows, or maybe just to your own if you have the means?

Perhaps like;

"Key worry is cash burn. Cash reserves crucial at this stage of biotech. Over past 6 months close to $50m spend, MSB’s borrowed cash won’t last long at this rate. In weeks cash will be less than debt. Already borrowing at 15% which seems crazy."

The antidote is to DYOR, but that is beside the point, it reads like a rollicking good story to act on.
