Nothing in the next quarterly cashflow forecast to suggest FBR are about to begin building HX3.
Once the BKW MOU is done then the next focus will be on manufacturing HX's and obviously the detail on that part of the program is very light on.
i can see a bit of a bottleneck occurring with Waas taking off but not enough HX's to get it done.
