Something doesn’t add up ! Testing facility and office at present HQ ? And 10,000 m2 under roof with all that office space and another 10,000 m2 of yard just to do development of new DST ! There’s something they forgot to tell us in this report imo ! As usual keep us all guessing. And yeah as I said before another CR before year is out is a definite ! I’m under the impression BRW JV announcement will give us a full picture of their real plan for this enormous facility and a sneak preview of the future going forward , But if this doesn’t eventuate folks , there will be a slide back to Hocky’s prediction 5 c ! As all confidence will be lost and they will be left with a huge facility and overhead costs !! Not to mention a CR looming in front of them ! I’m very well aware they would have forecast this and I’m very confident this JV will go ahead with a fantastic announcement to go with it ! And it’s all to do with this facility .
