It's a capex heavy business while they build inventory. The bulk costs were in manufacturing and research. To me this implies customers.
IF they meet cost guidance for Q4 they only need to increase cash receipts from $3.5m to $4m.
Still guiding $10.5-11m revenue for full year which means they need to hit around that $4-5m revenue number in Q4.
