@hoytaedwardo I am very aware of the Accounting Standard adopted by the Company in recognising their Revenue from Contracts with Customers
as stipulated in their half yearly accounts ended 31 December 2018.

However there is no way in establishing how much Revenue the Company has made so far as you would know based on a Cash flows Statement.

I agree that no customer receipts have been received so far for any VIN Sales however you cannot conclude that no Revenue has been recognised as yet from this Quarter and/or to be recognised in the next Quarter. Also if the management has not announced any Sales figures in this report it could
maybe be for strategic reasons and /or wait for further positives announcements to be made when more substantial sales be recognised...

As stipulated the Reseller has to produce a Sale Report when the Cash is received from the Reseller on a quarterly basis in arrears and Revenue can be recognised at a certain cut off date if it can be assured that the cash will be received thereafter supported by a Sale Report.

The Management did "expect" $15,000 of license fees on a monthly basis not any different than any other forecasts made by any other Companies
i.e. based on their expertise and all the very interested parties involved in distributing their products and until we are provided with an update on any Revenue Recognised for VIN Sales and/or any Financial Statements, your negative comments are not any more substantiated than an uniformed person who has only been negative since the beginning of time...

Also this is the only company you actually post comments on under this name which makes all this even more suspicious as to what is your real motive.
