What does “ recapitalisation “ actually mean ?!
In my mind it may mean shareholders may end up having fewer shares but priced a lot higher
Eg a ten for one reconstruction .
Let’s say you have ten shares @ 6c you know have one @ 60c
Feel better ??
Fewer shares now on issue so the process can start over again
Capital raising thrown in may be too
