TBH I don't see ESH and EM1 competing directly - ESH is targeting esport gamers of teenage to young adults (say 15->40). Where as the screen captures i have seen for the competing platform appeared to have solitaire on it and younger children games. Yes ESH are not doing as strong financially (well not as much money in the bank) which EM1 was similar position until about a month ago. However both ESH and EM1 will have similar/low revenue for now.
Where the bigger risk for EM1 is with game cloud streaming this is a huge cost and alot harder to make a profit on - great idea don't get me wrong but not something I can see as a profitable business as yet.
