looks like some holders don't understand it either. but if you visit their website and take sample test you will understand what they do, and it is becoming popular with organizations to assess new recruits, employees through these tests.
I went for an interview last month and I was asked to take a test in this nature. companies , schools , universities are potential customers.
if Microsoft see value in these tests then I'm not an expert challenge their knowledge.
