    There's an old expression that the market can be wrong longer than you can be solvent

    I have been here near on 3 years now.

    In that time I have had 2 dividends from MCS but still have a BE of about 3 cents.

    The first 2 years were spent on internal navel gazing but I think they are starting to get their act together now.

    I was tempted to do a "Saintly" but its a very illiquid, unknown/unloved and under valued stock. I am still solvent so I will wait for my 3rd dividend and a re-rate.
