They are setting up operations in the Eastern states. We tried and failed in South Australia. My guess is they are more likely to spend money on the these setups until they build up revenue, than pay an early dividend. They need scale.
Personally I would be happier if they tried to expand the sectors covered in WA first where it will be easier for the small management team to monitor progress. They need to get OHS and ISO accreditation to expand into mining and marine, which they have been promising for a long time.
