With the POH cash position so tight why would the Board be even considering a costly name change?
Terumo and others have been successfully dealing with POH staff for years and would be continuing do so after any name change.Company fraud is also not unique to POH.
Of course the Board may be in possession of information as yet not finalised but progressing.
