Spending less is not always good when you're in the growth stages and follow the sentiment of the investors that it's all about accumulating users. Something has turned around. The brakes are on... and taking into account the upcoming shareholder meeting votes they are freeing up capacity to either Capital Raise or grow through acquisition and share issuance, depending on what the opportunities are
