Teddy,
I'd be surprised if the actual deposit(full) amount was paid to AEE, it's not like we can check their account.
I understand some ROAMe's were produced, not sure they were a commercially ready product. The Cgi video said yes the live videos said no.
The ROVA was a rebranding of the AEE version. They did sell some/few ROVA's across various platforms worldwide.
The AirSelfie was not even theirs, seemed like a licensed agreement, even Telstra gave it a half hearted go at selling as part of a package.
What is clear is that paying a Sales Exec nearly $400k a year plus free shares and options was never a viable option for a company selling low margin drones.
ASX and ASIC won't bother looking at this, there's nothing to be gained from it for them.
"We have completed a full and comprehensive assessment of IOT's operation and have found them to be compliant"
It has been a great case study of market manipulation, unfortunately not the only one these guys have been involved with.
Who could forget the Duff announcing that IOT would generate $25mill revenue or the huge global drone push that was to flow from the success at CES.
Seems like a case of you tell enough lies people will eventually believe them, IMHO.
All the best to shareholders.
Cheers
