I think I mentioned this on another thread last time shares were released from escrow, but the announcement at 11:49 today (different thread to this one actually) is a regulatory requirement to restate that shares will be released from escrow in 10 business days.

As both the amount of shares and their timeframe have been known for ages (including EOF's 'pre-quotation disclosure notice' to the ASX 27 March 2019) I don't think 'last minute insider trading' is the reason for the fall today..... After a stellar run over the last 2 weeks, there had to be a big red day eventually, and today looks like being the day.....
