They will issue shares to the Vendors and Advisors of Australian Primary Hemp equating to about 34% of the company. As per ACL's announcement on 21 June 2019:



I note that the Indicative Timetable in the same announcement also mentions the Notice of Meeting would be dispatched to shareholders on 17th July 2019. Has anyone received their notice yet?

I would love to know whether things are progressing as planned and that we are still on track to recommence trading in mid September 2019. Cannabis shares, in general, have been doing pretty well recently so it would be good if we could recommence trading while sentiment is still positive IMO.
