Well regardless of the share price the company is doing nicely and will eventually pay dividends. Companies which pays dividend always get rated correctly as they look at dividend yields. Chance of new announcements coming out before annual report is high as well.
I would rather be in a solid company with good cash flow and cash reserves but a shit share price than one where the share price is great but company performance is poor.
