Issues with the site well it is still a word press. Contact details is a mobile number. Designed by a company that has very little info about it which for a company that designed a publicly listed company site you would expect that this was their expertise. In regards to acb well do a little digging and the reach is tiny eg below

"Currently the number of registered users of ACB News website (www.acbnewsonline.com.au) and its official Wechat account (acbnews) exceeds 20,000"

So yes I would call it a small and not reputable site for the time being as it is owned by a company that does not specialise in media. This is what the company that runs and owns the site specialises in:

JMO DYOR and I will say I have seen this all before in Asia so either these guys will go massive due to connections or it will flop as it is all a smoke screen. I am still sitting on the side that it could go big hence I will hold.
