Ladies and Gentlemen,
I have asked a close associate to visit the location today and am awaiting feedback of what they uncovered. They have confirmed that they did visit the address that is listed on the site. It has cost me a slab but better to have clarity rather than lose a few K down the drain.
Hold your horses and I will share what info I get. The only confirmation that has been given is that the picture seen earlier in the thread is a legit picture and similar to what was seen on site today
