So my contact went to the address this week and this is what they found at suite 303 which is listed online on the web site as JATs address. Please note that this is the same as the previous poster earlier in this thread. Now the previous poster never responded if they ever went inside but my contact did. I am happy to announce that when they went inside they were greeted by 3 people. One of the people fits the corporate profile of one of the key people from the company (sorry will withhold their identity but trust me it is good).
So what they found out is that JAT is currently subleasing half the office space from the owner of the office who uses the other half. There is one private office space for JAT with a secretary outside that office. My contact was able to have a quick discussion with the person and hence this was the explanation as to why JAT is in this office as they are still getting off the ground hence they want to keep a small footprint. They have hired people and some have left etc that is why they are still building the expanded foundations of the business. When questioned regarding the web site and upto date info not being available, the senior official mentioned that they do have a telstra number that comes straight to the secretary but they were not aware that this number was not online. They mentioned that they would share the concerns and information with Wilton and that they would work on getting the info updated. They will be sharing alot of info at the AGM and provide a good opportunity for all shareholders to discuss and understand the business direction more. The gentleman was very accommodating, very reassuring and very open with having the discussion. (Of course very careful to not reveal any info or lead the conversation in a manner that could have one try to interpret the meanings).
There is more that we will be able to get excited about as the 3rd and 4th photo shows. What this means I do not know but the assumption from my contact is that our own personal office could be on the cards very close to the current location. Maybe or it is a misprint.
Overall great feedback was given regarding the point of contact and we can be safer in knowing that the people are real, the office is real, and that good things hopefully will come. I would suspect reports out towards the mid to end of Aug. One thing that was reiterated to my contact was that patience is required as JAT is still very young in this sector and as with all companies they take time and 2 years is a good benchmark to see where they are at, but less than 2 years is not a true indication and hence stick with the company. Also, the possibility of having their own office and presence in Australia is a positive sign that they are slowly putting in professional foundations but as always an office is just an office it is the brains in the office that will make us money.

In future I can have my contact go back with more specific questions that people may have or best to have a list ready and waiting for the AGM. Best thing now is to enjoy the ride.
